Hello everyone! It has been a loong time since I last had a blog post and I just really haven't had the time and also because I've had bloggers block. I have no idea what to blog about. But since it is February, the month of hearts and love. I thought why not have a Valentines day post!
This year isn't any different than my past Valentines... I am still single. But unlike my past Valentines, this year I will not be alone!!!!! No I wont! I will be with my 2 bestfriends, Dua and Larry. We are all single and love less. I don't know whats sadder, being alone & single for Valentines or having a singles night with your bestfriends watching Chick flicks while you stuff your face with the chocolate you bought yourself from CVS!
Anyways! I am here to give you a ideas on how to have a great Valentines without in need of a Valentine. HA! *I say that with tears*
First of you will need a Chick Flick movie marathon. A great day to lay in bed and watch girls be swept off their feet by a good looking man! Another reason to want a movie like love story.. Oh boy, this isn't going good.... So. Here are the movies!
1. Sweet Home Alabama! Hilarious! She just has the best life. She's a famous designer and she's being fought over by two incredibly hot men, her husband and her fiance. Yup, she's definitely lucky.
2. She's the Man! Another reason why I would love to have a twin *a boy twin* I can just pose as him and eventually have my roommate fall in love with me. And that roommate is Channing Tatum, oh yeah. Thats totally a win!
3. Pretty in Pink! My all time favorite 80s movie. Molly Ringwold was definitely the girl I looked up to when I was in middle school. When I would watch her movies I would think, "man, I want my High School life just like that!" But sadly it is nothing like it. I wanted my own Blane McDonough.
4. Say Anything. I would definitely agree with Emma Stone when she said she wants her life to be like the 80s film. John Cusack holding up a boombox serenading you with a beautiful song just to win you back is my kinda thing.
5. The Great Gatsby. We all need a little DiCaprio in our life. Every girl wants a man to love us as much as Gatsby loved Daisy.. Even if its a little crazy and absurd at times. Great movie to just hate on Daisy and scream at the Tv and "tell" her how she doesn't deserve him...
6. The Notebook! Everyone has to have The Notebook! You need Allie and Noah! I recommend you watch this last so you can cry, not just because its sad but because you're *me too* alone on Valentines. A great excuse to cry on Valentines.
Now the food! Since you won't have anyone special. You can stuff your face with everything you want and you don't have to look cute doing it....
Since no one will give you chocolates and cookies for Valentines, buy them yourself!

1. You don't got a man!? Who needs one when you can have two named Ben and Jerry!
2. Pizza. A day to just not care about the calories and grease that are on it.. You'll probably regret it in the morning because nothing in your closet fits.. But, its okay because you had an amazing time eating! Hurray!!!
3. Cookies and chocolate... If you don't wanna buy them yourself because you're scared people might make fun of you by buying them for yourself because you're forever alone.... Then, give money to your mom or sister or brother or friends and tell them to buy it for you. THEN EAT IT!!!!
Have a great Valentines Day... I hope its not as sad as mine...
Tell me in the comments what you guys will be doing :) xx
This is the most adorable post! Pretty in Pink is my favorite 80's movie too! If your Valentine's Day involves any of this stuff, it sounds like you're going to have a great time! haha :)
